This is where the drainage tunnel comes out. The location may be found where
St. Mary's Street turns into Roosevelt next to the old Lone Star Brewery.
This looks like it was taken in the middle of the water but was actually
snapped on a driveway leading down to the outlet. Note the people at the
railing of the platform above.
From this point on the water goes through the nearly brimming river
passage.
